Booking Terms
VIP TABLE & DAYBED CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT:
Requests for Terrace VIP Tables or Sun Deck Daybeds and VIP Booths are reviewed by our reservations team and subject to availability. Please note they are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation.
By submitting the booking form, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions including our cancellation policy.
Ideally forms should be submitted no later than the three days prior to the intended date of the reservation.
Deposit: Once availability has been confirmed by our team a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance will be settled on the day of your cruise. Our team will confirm availability within 1-2 business days.
Surcharges: a 10% service charge applies to all VIP Table and Daybed reservations, and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
All Reservation Duration: All VIP Table and Daybed reservations are for the full cruise duration of 3 – 3.5 hours.
Cruises operate in all weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe by the captain.
In the unlikely event of a cruise cancellation for safety reasons, guests will be notified and their booking transferred or refunded.
Daybed and VIP Booth reservations on our Sun Deck are outdoor bookings. The Sun Deck level is subject to immediate closure in the event of rain or adverse weather.
Where possible, we will endeavour to relocate affected bookings to covered areas onboard. Relocation is not guaranteed, and refunds will not be provided if relocation is unavailable.
If weather significantly disrupts your booking and relocation is not possible, management may, at its discretion, provide a credit towards a future booking as a gesture of goodwill.
VIP Table bookings on the Terrace and all Dining Room bookings are fully covered and will proceed as normal.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All VIP Table and Day Bed reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.
Changes to another date require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your booking time.
If Solaré must cancel due to unforeseen operational or safety circumstances, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future date at your discretion.
Dining Room cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations within this time, or failure to arrive will incur a $100 per person charge to the credit card on file.
Solaré generally departs from King Street Wharf 3 in Darling Harbour; however, this is not always the case. Please check the event details to confirm prior to arrival.

We advise guests arrive at least 15mins before the advised boarding time (please check event details for exact boarding and cruise times).
