Dine With Us
Dine on contemporary coastal Italian cuisine by Executive Chef Pablo Tordesillas and Head Chef Nick Mathieson.
Centred on fresh, seasonal ingredients, the Dining Room offers a set menu that celebrates Australia’s finest produce through a Mediterranean lens. Think luxurious snacks to start, delicate crudo, and seafood-led pasta, with the option to begin with oysters or a caviar service, or elevate the experience further with a classic Bistecca alla Fiorentina shared at the table.
The Terrace and Sun Deck offer a more relaxed à la carte menu made for leisurely afternoons and sunset gatherings. Light snacks, fresh pastas and vibrant seafood sit alongside crisp salads and indulgent desserts, all designed for easy sharing.
The beverage program spans all three levels, pairing crisp Mediterranean wines and lively rosés with a cocktail list that blends European aperitivo tradition and poolside classics. Guests can expect refreshing spritzes, martinis, margaritas, daiquiris and champagne cocktails, enlivened by seasonal infusions and house-made tinctures. Solaré’s signature Martini Trolley delivers bespoke tableside service – the perfect expression of the yacht’s relaxed sense of indulgence.

FAQs
Our usual departure point is King Street Wharf. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details, and make sure to arrive on time for boarding.
Boarding is usually from King Street Wharf 3, 3 The Promenade, Darling Harbour, NSW 2000. Wharf locations may change, so please always refer to your booking confirmation for the latest details.
We recommend arriving at the wharf at least 15 minutes prior to the advertised boarding time.
Unfortunately, we cannot delay departure as wharves operate on a strict schedule. Please plan to arrive early to avoid missing the cruise. If you miss the departure, you may arrange a water taxi at your own expense.
Cruises aboard Solaré are either 3 or 3.5 hours, depending on the cruise booked. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy Sydney’s stunning harbour views and the full Solaré experience.
We follow strict wharf schedules, so the boat can’t return early once we’ve departed. If you’d like to leave before the cruise ends, it may be possible to arrange a water taxi at your own expense. Please notify our crew before booking and they will be happy to assist with this on the day.
Cruise Pass, VIP Table, and Daybed bookings are non-refundable. If you’d like to move your booking to another date, we require at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled booking.
Yes, reservations are essential to secure your place onboard.
We recommend smart casual attire with an elegant touch to complement the luxury of your experience aboard Solaré.
Heels are acceptable although we generally advise against them for your own safety as we are a moving vessel. For safety and to protect the decks, stiletto heels are not recommended.
The Sun Deck is a reservations-only space, available exclusively to guests who have booked that level.
Yes, with a Cruise Pass, you can access the Terrace for drinks and light snacks without committing to a full sit-down meal.
No, swimming is not permitted from Solaré. For your safety and comfort, all guests are required to remain onboard for the duration of the cruise.
Solaré is built to sail in most conditions. If it rains, we simply close the Sun Deck and guests can enjoy the comfort of our enclosed Terrace and Dining Room levels. In the rare case of severe weather preventing the cruise, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
Solaré is designed as an adults-focused experience. Guests must be 18 or older.
