Travel Information

The majority of Glass Island Cruises pick up and drop off guests from King Street, Wharf 9 in Darling Harbour. We do however ask that you always check the details on your ticket as wharves may vary from time to time.

We advise guests to arrive 15 mins before boarding and please have your ticket ready to avoid any delays.

Weekend traffic can cause delays getting to Darling Harbour if arriving by car and we encourage you to allow extra time to ensure you arrive on time for your cruise.

Please note we must abide by our wharf booking schedule and under no circumstances can we overstay our allocated time should guests be running late.

If you miss your boarding time you can arrange a water taxi (at your own cost) and the water taxi can contact our captain on approach to the vessel to arrange boarding. In this instance, please have your ticket ready to show prior to boarding.
